You name it, the Miami Beach Convention Center has probably hosted it. This exhibition hall was the home of the 1968 and 1972 Republic National Convention as well as the 1972 Democratic National Convention. Numbers boxing matches have been held here as well. Like most convention centers, there seems to always be a boat or auto show going on.

Beginning the 1989, the Center began renovations and the updates are continuous. However, if you're attending an event there, it is probably better to take a taxi as parking is tight and traffic can become heavy.
